Approximately WKU 40 students attended the first one hour session at the Bristol Dojo. These courses are aimed at those hoping to grade in the near future, both for first Dan and those wanting to move up the ladder as a black belt.

Alan Flook, our Chief Instructor at Western Karate Union, takes the helm but uses all available senior grades to cast an eye over the students, this way they can all get feedback and, as the weeks go by, we can also comment on improvement that they have made.

The sessions will become harder and hopefully stamina will improve so that they are all ready for that important day when they grade.

The next course will be Sunday June 1st, again the time 17.00 – 18.00.
