Referee Report: WKU Winter Invitational Karate Competition 2013

Competitions, Competitions And Events, WKU referee and Judges news No Comments on Referee Report: WKU Winter Invitational Karate Competition 2013 7

Report from WKU Chief Referee, Ivor Thomas:

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you all Referees, Judges and Table Officials for your extremely hard work on the Tatamis at this event.

With only four areas available instead of the usual six and 455 entries we still finished the Competition at 5.40pm.

There were no major injuries reported and no major protests from the coaches and this can only be down to your hard work.

The Table Officials did an outstanding job on the areas which also made the Competition run much more smoothly.

Once again, a brilliant job and thank you for your continued support.

I look forward to working with you all again in May 2014 at the WKU Spring Invitational Karate Competition.
