London Marathon – 28th April 2019 – Kate Deyn (7th Kyu parent of fellow 7th Kyus Matylda & Orlando) and Matthew Seward (parent of 6th Kyu Cameron).

Kate ran it in 4 hrs 41 mins to raise money for St Helena Hospice

and Matt ran it for myaware the charity for myasthenia gravis his finish time was 5 hours 34 mins and 11 seconds.

Colchester Marathon – 24th March 2019
Gregg Weaver (1st Dan & Assistant Instructor) did it in 2hrs 6 mins – he said “Kate was much quicker although I’m using the excuse that I was dressed as a mosquito!! ” –
