WKU’s winter tournament was held at Hutton Moor Sports Centre on Sunday 22 November 2015.

An outstanding effort on the Tatamis  meant that the 488 entries were managed very well and we started clearing Tatamis at 3.30pm with an actual finish time of 5.00pm.

I received excellent feed back from many coaches on the way the Competition was run and the high level and fairness of the Officials.

All Table Officials worked tirelessly throughout the day which is also a massive help on the smooth running of the areas and all support staff were a massive help.

On talking to the Medical staff at the end of the Competition there were two injuries which they advised a precautionary visit to hospital but they said it was run of the mill injuries which they would expect at this level of Competition.

If I have missed anyone then please pass these comments onto them and once again thank you for your continued support.
