We are expecting courses start Pre-Dan Grading Course for 2018 on Sunday 20th May 2018 (TBC – watch website for updates) and run them each Sunday from 17.00 – 18.00 up to the WKU Summer Course.

Venue: Bristol Karate Club Dojo, Holy Nativity Church Hall, Totterdown, School Road, Bristol BS4 3DJ – prompt start.

Dan Grading – as part of WKU Summer Course – Sunday 01 July 9.30 for warm up 10.00am prompt start

May we take this opportunity to remind all club instructors that anyone aged 18 plus, taking Dan grade or promotion must have had their licence signed to confirm they have attended a referee/table official course and or helped out at a WKU event in the last year. Applicants from the Colchester area will be verified by Les Birkin.

WKU Western Karate Union is a non profit making association promoting the study and practice of Karate, organising tournaments, competitions, courses and events. Members work at local, national and international levels. WKU regulates safe and structured training and examination and certification of karateka.
