Portishead Traditional Karate took some of their students to the UK Open Championships in Stourbridge on the 18th September and gained some very impressive results with a relatively inexperienced squad.

Team Kata under 16 years – Bronze
Aisha Macdougall – Girls Kumite 10 – 11 years – Bronze
Evie Smith – Girls Kumite 10 – 11 years – Bronze
Rachel Taylor – Ladies Team Kumite – Silver
Rachel Taylor – Girls 16 – 17 years Kumite – Bronze
Rachel Taylor also competed in the Ladies Kumite.
