A weekend training course and grading was held on Saturday and Sunday 3rd and 4th September 2011 at Waldegraves Holiday Camp.
Course Instructor Les Birkin 7th Dan and other Black Belts.
Training consisted of basics, running, sparring, pair work, Kata, obstacle courses and a few surprises. All students grading was assessed over the weekend, as the course was a bonus grading.
