  training course plus grading being held on Saturday 27th May\, at Saxmun
 dham\, Carlton Park &amp\; Camping Site\n\nChief Instructor Les Birkin al
 ong with other black belts will take the course.\nThose wishing to attend 
 will require several changes of clothing for training. Training will start
  at 9.30.\n\nParents\, partners &amp\; children are all welcome to attend 
 free of charge.\n\nTraining will consist of basics\, running sparing\, pai
 r work\, games\, kata\, and obstacle course &amp\; of course a few surpris
 es. All the students wishing to grade will be assessed over the day\, as t
 he course is a bonus grade if eligible.\n\nThe amenities include Showers &
 amp\; Toilet Block. This field does not have electric.\nLocally in Saxmund
 ham there is a good range of shops including a large supermarket\, pubs\, 
 restaurants and take-away. Carlton Park has some delightful countryside wa
 lks.\n\nFrom the A12 north of Ipswich\, turn off onto the B1121 and the Ca
 rlton Park Camping and Caravan Site is on the north side of Saxmundham.\n\
 nThose wishing to go on the Friday evening are very welcome as it then isn
 ’t such as rush on Saturday morning. People usually arrive from 5pm onw
 ards.\n\nThe course fee will be\; £10 per person / £8 juniors / £10 g
 rading\nFor those wishing to camp\, the site fees are £15-£18 (non-elect
 ric) approx per night\n\nNOTE: it will only be a one day course\, people c
 an still stay for the weekend if they want to.  Any queries please call L
